There is a lot of junk mail and spam dropping into the inbox every day.
Please try to use a subject line that will catch my attention by being specific to your issue.
Subjects that are left blank or use general salutations such as 'hi', 'hey there' may get dumped in the junk folder.
If you haven't gotten a reply within a week, please try again.
Sorry for the trouble but those spammers make sorting e-mails much more difficult.
